If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. All items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Once we receive your order back we will process your request of either a refund or exchange, refunds are for the items only and will not include the original cost of postage. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if items appear to have been worn, washed or damaged.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. If your item arrived in additonal packaging such as a dust bag this must also be returned
- All items must be in resalable condition
- We are unable to cover any shipping costs for returns
- Returns remain the customers responsiblilty until received back by our returns department
- Please ensure all returns are well packed to avoid any damage being caused in transit
- When returning footwear please make sure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage to the box may result in the return being refused.
- Please use a trackable and insured service to return your order. Remember to keep hold of your return tracking information as this acts as proof of postage and without this we will be unable to provide assistance if your return is lost in transit
- Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as "RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" to prevent them being held at Customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by the customer and not by The Business
